Rental pricing
Our pricing policy
The short version
- 10% deposit of the estimated rental total, due at signing. Refunded within ten business days of return.
- Daily rates below include weekly discounts. The daily rate applies to every calendar day the equipment is out.
- Staff-confirmed pricing. The rate and deposit you enter on a rental agreement are reviewed and confirmed by our team before pickup, so you never sign off on an unapproved price.
Standard rates
Published standard rates, before any job-specific quote. Rates are per rental day, excluding fuel, delivery and optional damage waiver. Weekly rates cover a 7-day rental.

Deposits, fees and rules
Minimum rental period
One day is the minimum rental period for trailers and skids, and two days for trucks. The daily rate applies to every calendar day the equipment is out, including idle days on a job site.
Deposit
A refundable deposit equal to 10% of the estimated rental total is due when the rental agreement is signed. The deposit is applied to damage, cleaning, missing accessories or unpaid rental days, and any remainder is refunded within ten business days of return.
Late returns
Equipment returned after the agreed return date is billed at 1.5 times the daily rate for each additional day. Call us in advance if you need an extension and we will confirm availability at the standard rate.
Fuel policy
Return equipment with the fuel level at or near the level recorded at pickup. If we refuel for you, fuel is billed at the pump price plus a $10 handling fee.
Cleaning
Equipment should be returned washed out, as noted in the rental agreement. Equipment returned excessively dirty is billed a $75 cleaning fee at our published shop rate.
Damage waiver
Optional damage waiver at 12% of the daily rate limits your liability for accidental damage to $500. The waiver does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse, overload or neglect.
How pricing is confirmed
When you start a rental agreement online, you enter an estimated daily rate and deposit.
