Your build plan
Step 1 — Engineering
Shop drawings for a 24 ft deck on a i-beam frame, approved by you before steel is cut.
Step 2 — Cut & fit
Main rails, cross members and gussets cut on our table and fit on the jig.
Step 3 — Running gear
Tandem axle with air ride suspension and steel disc wheels installed and aligned.
Step 4 — Plumbing & wiring
Air lines, sealed harness and LED lighting run and pressure tested.
Step 5 — Blast & paint
Blasted to profile, primed and finished in your color in our booth.
Step 6 — Final QC & DOT
Load test, brake adjustment, VIN plate and DOT inspection before delivery.
